Embossing folder – floral spray

Embossing folder with a lush floral spray that allows for two different impression options. I love using embossing folders to create clean, crisp patterns on fondant.  Just roll out fondant to desired thickness, dust the inside of the folder with cornstarch, insert fondant, then apply firm, even pressure to closed folder (I do this using my fondant rolling pin with the bands removed). Voilà!
